First


Hello and welcome to the first DevLog of this project. 

So far this is a simple spare-time project in which I have fun with Shooter Game Mechanics.

Currently features:

  • 7 Weapons (Flamethrower, Shotgun, Rocket Launcher, Flame Flurry, Heatwave, Homing Missile, Dumpfire)
  • 3 Enemies (Small Slime, Splitting Slime, Heavy Slime)
  • Polygon Shadow Casters
  • Score-counter
  • Introduction Screen
  • Game Over Dialog
  • Enemy Spawners
  • Increasing Difficulty
  • Various particle- and audio-effects.

Todo list:

  • Light sources
  • Local Highscore
  • Weapon Powerups
  • Multiple Levels(?)
  • Weapon Shop(?)
  • More weapons
  • More enemies

Please let me know if there is something you'd like me to try out with this project - so far it's a bit unfocused :P
